Provencal Bakery has been baking artisan breads for restaurants, markets and retail since 1998. As other lines of baked goods were added, owner Brenda Sabbag pursued a visible retail location and opened Provencal Bakery and Cafe. The retro, clean cafe has become a meeting spot for locals and tourists alike where the atmosphere is friendly and comfortable, the food is delicious, and the service is great. Fresh, from scratch baking and cooking, come back to goodness.
Provencal's reputation was built on wonderful breads. Geoff, Gabe, Dan, Daryl and Earl Jr. work daily to make the freshest artisan bread available. Available daily are baguettes, country, whole wheat, sourdough, italian and provencal. Look for Rye on Tuesdays, Asiago on Wednesdays, Whole Grain on Thursdays and Saturdays, Cinnamon Raisin on Fridays, and Cranberry Pecan and Calamata Olive on Saturdays. Special orders are always welcome.
Meet our professional staff. Marita, Karen, Lieve and Mae, all with many years of serving experience, will make your visit memorable. Stephanie, Cameron, Earl Jr. and Steve will create your breakfast, lunch or salad. Tina and Eve have baked all of the goodies. If you like Sticky Buns, Cupcakes, Croissants and Cookies, you will not be disappointed. Prefer Savories? Bruschetta, Focaccia, Calzone or Soup will satisfy.
